= CSSでのフォント設定について =

 * 環境によって乱れないフォントを選定したい
   * IPAフォントが良いのではないか？

現在まで、PF及びPF-ARではMEDM/EDMをメインに使用してきたのですが、
プロポーショナルフォントが原因のトラブルは多くありました。
Font Server を立ててそれなりには動くのですが、環境依存で
MacやWindowsでXを動かすと、かってに代替フォントを使う場合も
あって、どうしても崩れてしまう、ということが起きています。

Cosylab Japan のN氏と相談したところ
IPAフォントが良いのではないか、という話になりました。

少なくともPF/AR/cERLではこれをデフォルトにしようかと考えています。

メリットとデメリットを考えると
○ フォントで悩むことが無くなる(と期待する)
○ 日本語が使える
○ 勝手に代替フォントを使われてしまうことが避けられる
× 各マシンごとにインストールしなければいけない
× (おそらく問題無いが)継続的に提供されるかどうか


他になにかあるでしょうか？御意見頂ければ幸いです。
